In this tutorial I review how to make 2D projected views in Danomics. 2D projection views are a slice view through a 3D volume. These types of views are useful for helping you understand how your data is spatially related in the depth context. As opposed to a cross-section view, in which all the wellbores are displayed vertically, 2D projection views show the wells in their correct orientation.

To get started with 2D projection views you’ll need well headers, logs, and processed deviations. Before getting started it is used to have already watched the video on creating map displays and setting up 3D views.
